The Pheasant Hill Inn and Suites is proud to be a part of the growing Spokane Valley community in Washington State. The Pheasant Hill Inn and Suites begins in 1996 and was built as part of a business expansion program that includes the Spokane Valley Hospital, medical offices, restaurants, and the Spokane Valley Mall, which is now one of the largest shopping malls in the state of Washington. The land our Inn is built on in Spokane was once part of a mission, school, farm, and game preserve. |
There was also a church on the site for many years. The community was predominantly an agricultural one and the school, church, and mission site served this community for 75 years. As the Interstate 90 corridor developed in the 50’s and 60’s, the Spokane Valley grew from a predominantly agricultural community growing apples, berries, peaches, cherries, and vegetables, to a true city with manufacturing, new housing, and other new infrastructure. The Spokane Valley was newly incorporated as a city in 2003, in the area formerly known as Veradale. |
